The Blue Sun approach to Business Information Systems offers your business a range of packages specifically designed to add immediate value to your business recognising the need for genuine global access, operational simplicity and true low cost. We offer cloud-based solutions freeing your business from unnecessary hardware purchases, installations and on-going maintenance. At your option we will either train your IT crew or we’ll completely take over operation and maintenance enabling your team to concentrate business targets.

Global Collaboration. Our Global Collaboration package will transform your business providing a globally-accessible, fully-secure workspace for your distributed and mobile workforce to collaborate, communicate and archive institutional knowledge.
Business Instrumentation. Manage your business by measuring its performance. This package provides you and your business leaders with insight into the performance of your business. We work with you to determine your critical business performance data and then develop clear, real-time instrumentation.
Robust Access. A fully global workforce requires robust internet access. Publicly available wireless internet points may not always provide secure access. Web Presence. We design and implement a high quality web presence for your business. We work with you and your team to determine the design and content of the site and then build your website using a content management system to allow on-going maintenance.
Integrated Management. Allow us to take charge of the operation and maintenance of your Blue Sun Business Information Systems. The Integrated Management package provides your team with a single, always-on helpdesk to raise issues and support items with our support crew.

Project Management

Delivering success

Our project management professionals join your team to provide your projects with project management leadership and drive to successfully deliver the results you need. We have successfully completed projects of all types with project teams of all types and have particular expertise in managing projects with teams distributed across timezones and cultures.

We offer four types of packages to meet the project management needs of your organisation:

Training. We offer short courses, workshops and intense training programs covering all aspects of project management from project initiation through to project close. We have courses aimed at project managers and project teams as well as other stakeholders.
Guidance. When you have a project manager already in place, we are able to provide guidance and support. We can fill a gap in your current capabilities or provide additional strength where necessary. Many customers find this a natural hands-on follow on from one of our training programs.
Turn-key. This package has us run your project for you so that your team can concentrate fully on execution. We provide cradle-to-grave robust project planning, executing, monitor and reporting.
Rescue. For broken projects that need resetting on the right course. We’ll embed ourselves into your project team to get your project back to good health and then guide your team for as long as required to ensure success.

Product Sourcing and Logistics

Blue Sun is well connected into a wide range of manufacturers in Guangdong, China supported by our Shenzhen office. We provide a range of services acting as your agent to support the manufacturing of your new product. Buying requests from wholesalers welcome.

We offer a number of packages to meet your specific needs:

Vendor Identification. We work with you to identify the best vendor(s) for your product. Our consultants work with you to gather your vendor requirements and then identify vendors meeting those requirements.
Vendor Audit. Whether your vendor is an existing vendor or one that we have introduced, we provide complete audit reports of vendors for quality and compliance with your requirements.
Managed NPI. We manage the introduction of your new product into production. Our consultants are experienced in products of all kinds including: automotive components and accessories, consumer electronics, plasticware, homeware, leather goods, jewelry, and printed materials and stationery.
Managed Production. We supervise the production of your product acting as your eyes and ears in the factory. We provide regular progress reports and direct action with vendor(s) as required.
Quality Audit. Prior to shipping we offer a complete audit of your shipment according to your existing quality standard or a quality standard that we develop with you. Full audit report provided.
Shipping Support. We can arrange the shipping of your product from the factory to your freight-forwarder, bonded-warehouse or location of choice. Package includes advice on tax and customs duties for a wide range of regions.
